Alan is a husband and father as well as pastor/teacher. He and his wife and partner, Lori, have two grown children, Diana and Preston, who both live in Birmingham. Alan graduated from the University of North Alabama and Asbury Theological Seminary.

This young convert was deeply impressed and determined to make these the rules of his life. From that day onward throughout his life he made it a rule to spend the first moments of his day alone with God and God's Word. Before he read a letter, looked at a paper or even read a telegram, he went first to the Bible, that the first impression of the day might be what he got directly from God.

The Book of Exodus is the timeless story and message of the life of Moses. His infancy and childhood was a miracle and he was part of many miracles during his lifetime. Moses also encountered many disappointments and hardships along the way. Join us as we seek to discover the truths from the valleys and mountaintops of Moses' life. 

Easter to Pentecost, 43 Days in the Book of Acts

During January, we will be considering some stories of scripture that teach eternal truths we would like to see God do in 2021. We start with Jesus calming the sea. 

the series is called "Bucket List." What is in your bucket list of things you would like to see God do in 2021? We'll consider them during January. This Sunday's sermon will be "Against All Odds." Join us in worship at 8:30 or 11:00.
